I have been shopping at BEST BUY over 30 yrs, and have always received good support purchasing products with satisfaction.

The protection plan is something you hope is never needed. But for the occasions I have used it, the plan has saved me more money in repair or replacement costs than the plan costs.

Even extended warranties of past products I have purchased. The extra discounts are amazing and never having to worry about if something is covered.

Switched over all “tech” purchases and services to Best Buy. Invested in protection plan and very happy I made these decisions. House and mobile are best performing have been that I can remember.

It’s the Best Buy protection plane. Recomened for purchases

Starts great, cats love it but the motor isn’t very strong and needs to be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned and put back together often to work properly. Also, the top of the fountain doesn’t lock into place and if you have a crafty cat, they take it apart very easily. Ultimately the pump died out.
