I was never a protection plan buyer because it seemed like a waste of money but this plan is really good. You can't go wrong with a little insurance like this. Technology still has issues and at least you are covered with this plan. I highly recommend

This is definitely worth the outlay as i have purchased OLED TV, promter, dishwasher, stove, and microwave in past 2 months. I have also purchased another dishwasher for a friend in another state and she will also have the same added value/warranty.

Total tech support is the best plan Best Buy can offer. All technicians are experts on solving technical problems eith computer items

I love the fact that with Total Protection I also get Monthly Best Coverage on items I purchase from Best Buy. I haven't had to use it yet, but I like having that peace of mind I'm covered.

Being a Best Buy Total Member has it's benefits. I receive two year protection from products I purchase. There is an additional repair fee that did not exist when I first joined, but is worth it considering what the product will cost upfront.

I am extremely pleased with Total Protection. Use it every other month or so and am generally pleased with the outcome. Because I had that policy, when I returned a bulky chair there was no charge, much to my surprise. Highly recommend it.
