Blink cameras are so easy to set up, pair, and watch!

Best Buy has some of the best Geek Squad technicians working for them. When my computer has an issue I take it in and they solve it. Webroot is also very good at Virus Protection which is also very important these days.

The Best Buy protection plan is well worth the cost, and I have made use of the plan via the Geek Squad several times since my recent purchase. They are very knowledgeable of the software and hardware of computers, and do excellent work.

This was a good deal. It saved me money. The Geek Squad was able to refresh my computer and fix both printers. Having this protection saved me money. The best part is when you bring your device to the store they will also fix it without charge!

Overall it is great. 1 tech did mess up some of the operation. He did not talk to me until he messed it up and then he did n ot know how to fix it. This is 1 out of about 25. In store support is great

Best Buy total protection used to be much better. Geek Squad would even come to you, what happened?!? It’s really just insurance if you need it, but I’m not sure I will continue to purchase this because I recently have not been able to get help when I needed it!
