Protection plan is very good. It protects all electronics I have from Best Buy. I have not had to use it yet but it is good to know I have it in case anything happens.

pretty solid device for setting up alarms and looking like a nice photo album while displaying the time when your not using it, great for calls and to check in if your wife is cheating on you. the perfect device for someone with trust issues! =]

If you need it. You need it. Total tech member and so I get this for me extra charge with membership. Love if I need it. It’s there. I get enough stuff to make membership a good value.

Good protection plan. Really great for peace of mind in case your product breaks down, its always nice to know you can bring it back with no hassles. I haven't used it yet but its nice to know you have it if needed.

This is a good product, but they make it confusing to figure out which products you get on the service and which are on Other expired services. That’s something they should tell you each time you go in to inquire.

Very convinient and practical. You call them, make an appointment and somebody from the Best Buy team comes and check out what's wrong with whatever is broken.

What would we do without the Monthly Best Buy Protection plan? Have been a member for 2 years and won't be making a change anytime soon. Love it! Use It!
