    I have had to use this plan many times for computer problems and it has been great. I used it once for an appliance and found out that there were limits and costs that I was not aware off

    The disclaimer about service fees and needing a continuing TotalTech plan exist on the payment pad when in the store, but doesnt really exist online. There is a link to the terms and conditions but most people will miss it and wonder why they have to pay for a plan they got for free. Other than that, its 1000% worth having TotalTech

    This is a fantastic deal on a protection plan. So many other benefits, including special pricing on certain products and free or reduced cost installs.
