    I have found the Geek Squad invaluable! Resolves and identifies issues, and gets me back to work quickly and efficiently. Gives me guidance and suggestions, with options I can easily choose from.

    Their Best Buy protection is the best out there!! I've had other protection plans however Best Buy Protection plans are the best!

    The Geek Squad has been such a great deal for us. They have helped fix computer problems over the phone. They are always patient with us being older and slower to follow their commands. They can fix anything!!!

    Nothing. The Zagg replacement program has saved me many times and I could never do the installation as well or as quickly as the Geek Squad techs.
