    Best Buy protection plans are great for everything. I also get the protection plan as part of the Totaltech membership. I've used a protection plan twice with zero issues

    does not appear to apply to cell phones! They They looked at mine, could not solve. told me yo take to service provider ,they said they don't work on phones, so now have to pay to fix software glitch! Why do I pay for no service? and they sold me phone!!
