    This protection program is terrific. Also the home installation work done by Geek Squad techs Aaron and Rolondo was top notch. I would give them 100 stars if possible.

    I have been a Best Buy Protection member for years. Because Best Buy is taking away some of the member perks, I will not renew in 2024. I had to use the protection plan earlier this year to replace my Samsung Galaxy and was not happy. The phone was 1 month away from its 2 yr anniversary, and Best Buy only replaced it with a refurbished phone. When I pay $200 for a protection plan, and a significant deductible, I want a new phone. The customer service has been good, but I will look elsewhere for a Protection Plan.

    I love the Geek Squad protection. I also have a outstanding Double Agent (Brian O'Dell) who comes to my home to do repairs!
