Love the Best Buy protection I have easily gotten refunds and even switched items for better ones. They also fixed my washer when it stopped working.

They did solve our issues on my new pc, laptop, and printer, etc. I enjoy doing my computer for personal bill at home. I also design the pictures on graphics program.

I like the fact that is a member. I’m getting a 24 month protection plan, because you never know what may go wrong or when you may need help. I know that I can call them and set up an appointment or come in and they’ll help with whatever I need help answer questions or show me how to do things so I love the protection plan.

I will always recommend the BestBuy protection plan. The coverage is worth the price and the service has always been excellent when I used it.

Great idea. Membership has great perks especially if your stuck and need help. I especially love getting help from Elijah, although I am sure all the members of the geek squad ,as they call them selves (I call them angels) are great.

The technicians are usually friendly and professional, and they can fix common issues quickly. However, some repairs or damages are not included under the standard warranty, which can be frustrating when you expect full coverage. KEEP IN MIND Geek Squad provides decent support and protection plans, but they don’t cover everything. The service is fine for most electronics, but it’s important to note that they usually don’t handle Apple products that weren’t purchased through Best Buy. This can be disappointing for Apple users who expect full coverage or repairs. The staff is polite and tries to help, but their hands are tied when it comes to certain brands and policies.

I used Geek Squad for a new laptop purchase, they loaded 365 and the apps I wanted and walked me thru usage. Great service, so helpful. Highly recommend using Geek Squad

The protection plan worth the price protect everything

Absolutely the best plan for any senior living at home. I have had it for a few years and recommend it to others. I live in a 55+ active adult community of 5000 residents. Many of whom is lost with technology. The BestBuy Total protection program is my go to recommendation to them. It provides the most comprehensive coverage. It’s too bad that BestBuy is not aggressively promoting this plan to all 55+ communities, they are missing a golden opportunity

Best Buy protection program has been a great option for me and my family. It covers all the products we have: technology, Vacuums, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc... I have always had a great experience with service and support.
