Everything you buy it’s best to have protection. Worth it

YOU MUST BUY THIS!!! I have had this for a while but honestly I used it 10 fold this Christmas season. In the past I used it for resetting ipads, phones and computers I was locked out of or that needed to be restored. Pretty basic stuff, but none the less would still cost over the $199 at a computer shop. I would take devices regular there and within minutes that would unlock my phone if I inadvertently forgot my pass code and was locked out. Ye, this happened often and often with kids ipads. For me this was well worth it. This holiday I decided too get my family connected with echo shows for video calls since covid and make an easier experience so we could all connect. I also gifted some blink doorbells for elderly members. I used my total tech to schedule, and install for everyone. This service also covered the apple care coverage for an apple watch I purchased, tv mounting for the tv I bought and speaker install for the surround sound speakers. Honestly, I feel like I have been lost without it. I was using another place to order all of my electronic items that is very popular, but with this service best buy matches their prices, AND installs the item too!! Why would I shop anywhere else?? Yes, it cost $199 a year, but the devices are protected for 2 years, there is a claim minimum of 2 per year, I believe,but then you pay a fee if you any over, (I do my homework with any buy in to items like this)....This year, these times was just more about ease of use and this did it for me. The BAD>>> what did not do it for me, but I still give them 5 stars was having to call customer service. Try to avoid that at all costs. You will hold forever,the reps are nice, but some can use some additional training. I had a more complex issue, but still, one should not need to make several,and I do mean several calls. Again, overall, 5 stars.

This is the best investment I have ever made. They have helped us solve many problems and it’s worth every penny. I have it on all electronics

This headset is absolutely awesome. I bought it to use at work as we are on the phones all day and the one my company provided was terrible. This headsets lasts all week on a single charge and is very comfortable. Would definitely buy it again.

Now it connects flawlessly and no buffering. Very quick response on the TV … signal reaches the back porch without issue. Definitely would recommend this especially because it’s very inexpensive

The Geek Squad was able to get my phone working with my car. I've experienced this for awhile and was unable to fnd a solution without Best Buy' assistance.

This protection plan is fantastic. It’s an in-store plan that covers my electronics for 24 months. I only have to deal with Best Buy, not the manufacturer, and any electronics I purchase during this period are included in the coverage.

Have had the "Total" protection plan for a while and needed it several times. Every time I did the service was fast, effective, and free, could not ask for more!

Only good things to say about the Geek Squad, hung a large TV for me correctly with no adjustment needed (level, correct height, etc…)

The Best Buy Total extended coverage is a nice Perk to go along with their other benefits. I'm a tech junkie, but need help once in a while sorting out my problems. This is a good value. I tell my friends and family to purchase this coverage because they have a to free number to call 24×7!
