On the thankfully few occasions that I've needed to take advantage of the Best Buy Protection I've never been disappointed! Even when I haven't needed it it's been great peace of mind knowing it was available especial with the excellent experiences I've had when it was needed!

This fountain is so quiet! It's easy to clean. I love the app: it lets me know when water is low so we dont have to check it all the time. Going to buy a thrid one so my 4 cats can stay well hydrated!

I’ve had Best Buy’s Monthly Protection Plan for years, and while it’s still a good deal, it’s not as great as it used to be. The coverage has changed, and the process to get repairs or replacements isn’t as smooth as it once was. In the past, claims were handled quickly and hassle-free, but now, it feels like there are more hoops to jump through. That said, it’s still worth having for peace of mind. The protection is solid, and it can save you money on expensive repairs or replacements. I just wish it was as seamless as it used to be. If you shop at Best Buy often, it’s still a good investment!
