I am always able to go in with questions or call and get helpful advice. I love that the protection covers any of my purchases! Even when an appliance couldn't be repaired we were walked through the steps to get the parts, or even purchase a new one. Options were always given.

If you buy more than just a couple products a year, Best Buy total membership is the way to go! I wish I would’ve done it sooner, but I have the peace of mind that all of my things are covered via geek squad or extended manufacturing warranty and I have extended returns

I do have to tell you all that the best thing about Best Buy is the yearly Protection Plan is the best, because anything you purchase in Store is cover and you don't have to worry about nothing at all. Customer Service are the best when you call for information about any product you purchase in store. I been with Best Buy for years now and I can't complain or worry of any protection plan. So do y'all a favor and be smart about it and purchase your protection plan and have no worries of anything you purchase in store. This customer is Happy 100 % ! Plus if you think about it. those Protection plan you purchase last only for 2 years and with yearly Plan as long as you keep paying the yearly plan is protected as long youo keep paying the yearly plan. Think about it where else would you this services at. No where else but Best Buy.
