I buy all my electronics from Best Buy I've never had a problem with them My total warranty helps me a lot with my purchases knowing that I have protection. Thank you Best Buy on the alerts of the purchases for the lower prices. Keep up the good work

The Geek squad is the place to go for help. I would give them ten stars if I could.

I always get protection plans on my purchases, so Best Buy Total just makes sense. It costs less than getting multiple protection plans, and gives me so much more than just the protection.

This product has been a great investment. My membership was critical to having several large purchases go bad- my Dyson for example. Huge purchase for me and I used it as intended, and eventually it didn’t last as long as intended by the manufacturer. Fortunately, Best Buy was there to make things right. My place is clean is can be again- thanks to the exchange/replacement policy that they have.

This is now my second year with this, and the best thing I can purchase. I've had failures with a couple of small appliances and just brought them back, refunded the money, no questions asked. Also purchased a couple of MacBooks at Best Buy so they come with included Apple Care.

Installed a 98 inch Sony TV and a new internet router. Excellent installation and set up

Whenever I get a phone call or starts talking the volume through my headphones goes down so it’s not to interfere with my conversation. When I’m done talking the volume through my headphone goes back up to the previous level automatically.
