I had the protection for a few years now. I had trouble with multiple devices that issues were resolved. I had multiple devices that were installed or setup. That has been a blessing. The 24-month protection is great.

I would highly recommend to the get the Tech Membership . It is worth it . I have had it for a few years now . So last year when I had problems with my Computer or Printer the Geek Squad came out and fixed it . What I also liked about it that there was no extra cost . I am not happy that it changed this year so when you need the Geek Sqad coming to your house they will charge you a small fee . I found out the reason why . Because there are lots more Customers so the Geek Squad is very busy . Not to happy about it . When someone had the Membership for several years it should still be free .

I have the Webroot protection and it lets me use my laptop without worry. I accidentally deleted itt and the geek squad helped me reinstall it with ease.

If you use Best Buy often, you can't go wrong with their protection plan. Highly recommended for families. Keep you going from unforeseen accidents.

Simple to install with good sound. I was skeptical at first that a low cost soundbar would offer a good sound, but it does! You can connect the soundbar to your tv with a hdmi cable, but all of my hdmi ports were being used, so I connected it to my tv with a digital cable. It was the first time I ever used a digital cable, but it worked absolutely perfect. Ok, yeah, you do need to turn on and off the soundbar and if you connect it via digital cable, you can’t control the sound using your tv remote, but minor inconvenience. For a startup soundbar, this did not disappoint.

Protection is amazing, i had a few things unfortunately break and BestBuy got it fixed in a timely manner, and if they couldnt fix it, they gave me the credit so i could buy a brand new replacement.
