Excellent value - especially for in-home service calls by Geek Squad professionals. Within the past few months we've had 4 in-home service calls to repair an existing PC, install a new printer and external hard drive, set-up a brand new computer and to repair settings and internet connection issues with our home theater installation. All were handled professionally by Geek Squad technicians. All calls were covered by our service plan. The only somewhat negative aspect is scheduling the original appointment as the Best Buy website is very geared to in-store and on-line chat support services. You really have to hunt to find the correct link to schedule in-home service.
