What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

Hi I usually do not purchase the service plans/warranties because of expense. Since enrolling into the BEST Buy Protection I don't worry about my items purchased. I just call Best Buy and speak with an Agent and over the phone they trouble shoot my issues.
