Have purchased three of these, 2 as gifts. Like that unit has plug for wall built in as well as lighting plug and usb C plug. Do not have to worry about remembering or having to carry plugs and/or cords, Folks who received as gifts also really like.

The total tech membership has more than paid for itself in less than 6 months. I dropped my foldable cell phone multiple times, and the inner screen eventually stopped working. I paid the deductible for my device and was told that a replacement would be sent in 5 to 7 days. 2 days after paying my deductible, I was told there were no phones to send me, so they would provide me a $2000 gift card to buy a new phone. I got the latest version of the phone (on sale) and still have over $600 left on the gift card to spend on anything I want at Best Buy. Because my mom lives with me, she can call the total tech support department and they will help her with questions when I'm out of town on business trips.

I love knowing that my purchase is protected. I've never had to use it, but it gives me peace of mind knowing I have it if needed!
