All items I purchase under the monthly Best Buy Protection is protected up to 24 mo. And I can renew afterwards. Convenient.

It's great having this service, particular if one needs to travel lightly. This laptop is light in weight. However, I do need to find out why it blocks anything I try to save or download anything.

Geek Squad is a lot of very well educated and aware to fix everything that they are challenged with. They’re so knowledgeable and not rushed! Until the Best Solution, idea or correction is found, they won’t give up. They may bring on more members of the Geek Squad TEAM! Everything is fixed, solved or corrected! Perfection!!!

The Best Buy protection plan has proven to be invaluable and gives me complete peace of mind. I do not worry about problems with products covered as they are truly covered.

I've used the Geek Squad for 5 years (2023) and have used them to service 6 different computers during that time. In every case the agent listened to the problem and offered suggestions. In a few cases the issue was resolved during the initial visit but most required 2 to 4 days to resolve. The staff has always been gracious, even when faced with a clear operator error, knowledgeable and willing to offer advice. I will continue to use them into the future.
