Best device ever. I personally enjoy it. It has great sound, great microphone and well even though it’s big I do enjoy its size and how it’s made. My old Alexa I used to put dumb stuff on it because it was flat, but now that it’s round I’ll be force to not put anything on it. To just get to the point it’s an amazing device and I recommend this device to anyone.

The best buy total membership is great, you automatically get 2 years coverage at no additional cost and other discounts and perks. However, if you cancel your membership before your 2 tears are up all the products you purchased under the protection plan are no longer protected. I cancelled my husbands membership after he passed away not realizing the end result and could not get it re-instated. Read all the fine print.

It is a must if you buy a lot of items, and it helps cover things that the regular warranty doesn't cover.

I have found myself consistently using this for the past 2 years

I was hesitant to purchase as I am not a fan of long term commitments. What changed my mind was a service I wanted was included if I purchased this. For a few dollars more, I was in the club. Then shortly thereafter, I needed a printer and got the special pricing for members. With the savings I was able to get off of the printer, it was equal to the price. For me it was a good investment for that alone and future purchases will increase that.

The Protection Plan includes anything purchased at Best Buy for any reason, they will diagnose the item and fix for free but parts aren’t included for repairs. Good for computers, phones etc. worth the money if you are prone to breakdowns or have kids.

Bestbuy made it easy to return the broken set. They prorated me about 30$ and have me 120 store credit. Got the same pair back, and the current sale at the time was 99$.
