Best Buy protection was well worth the hype! I received a broken monitor and was able to replace it right away.

It's an extended warranty. Not really much to review about it. They have always been easy to use when needed. Not all devices need it. Now the way you get it.... that is another thing that needs to be reviewed and quite frankly sucks now. (The best buy yearly membership thing).

It always give one a feeling of safety when the is a buyer protection for an item bought.

It has been a life saver having the Protection. I love the Geek Squad. Just today I opened my computer to find that the camera wasn't working and I had an important video call coming up. I Called the squad and they got things going right away. In a little over an hour I not only got my camera going, they also looked at my whole computer and cleaned it up as well. The Agent was friendly and very professional. I knew I was in trusted hands. What a life saver.

I appreciate the Best Buy protection. I’ve had it for over 3 years now. It has definitely changed from the past; however, it remains very beneficial to customers especially to us that purchase a lot of items at BestBuy.

I really like this protection. Like any insurance you hope you don’t need to use it but glad you have it when you need it. The additional perks have come in handy, like price match within the extended return window. Overall, I am confident I will continue to use this service as long as they don't water it down or raise the price again.

Quite impressed with this camera. It works well right out the box and is very easy to set up. The magnetic base makes it easy to move/change its position, and the app it connects to works flawlessly.

It is always good to have someone in your corner. This is how this plan feels. Thank you all for the protection of our purchases.

Its nice to have, it does a lot of cool things, the only aggravating thing about it is when i call its name i have to repeat it and yell sometimes to get it to cooperate
