I now I'm not a big fan of buying insurance for products I purchase. Especially since the product depreciate in value in time. Some may happen early the product but if it doesn’t than the money you spent getting the insurance is now the same price as the product or the product is outdated. With BestBuy protection for 24 month offer a lot with the total tech package. It insurance this item and provide tech assistance with no extra cost.

The plan is worth it. I purchased a $1500 laptop and without realizing it, I crushed it when I put my car seat back. BB replaced it! Later, I had a $100 mouse that failed and BB replaced it.

This is a great thing to have. Ive had total tech now for 5 yesrs. The support has been amazing along with great savings and warranties that come along with the program.

Having a protection plan paid off when our Samsung TV started giving us trouble. It took two visits before it was decided it was not repairable and so was replaced at no charge.

This is my second year with them. Best SERVICE for computers I have seen. 24 hour service on line and weekend service for computer trouble. They were a life saver, as I was hacked. Companies that have the best customer service are the companies that will keep there customers forever and just keep adding more and more. It is nice to know there are still some smarts out there for some running businesses! There are not that many left. This year I hope to use them even more when I get my new system upgrade. Definitely worth every penny!!!

Wasn’t sure about purchasing the service, but I’m glad I did. First Geek squad experience was in store. I tried to call ahead, the offsite call center is awful trying to get through. I did a walk in with my laptop. I had to wait a bit, but tech gave me a card with extension. Tech could fix was going to exchange but price increase after Christmas. The cashier in computer problem, Malikiah, I think worked with me and was able to get the issue resolved.

The monthly ptotection plan has served me well. Especially useful for my desktop computer. Any questions or problems? I just pivk up thecphone and problem solved. Great protection.

Got this because a friend had this protection and I saw how convenient and easy it was for him to get something replaced in case of an accident. Also, I purchased a TV which ended up failing after 22 months, luckily I still had my plan active and a geek squad member checked out my TV. He then submitted something to get my TV replaced. If I hadn't had the protection, I doubt I would have replaced it this easily anywhere.
