When you have protection on your product it allows one to rest their mind. It’s a stress relief for me. That’s Best Buy for helping life be less complicated.

Not as good as it was, but still pretty good

We bought it to get free installation for a kitchen appliance, which I've learned does not cover installation any longer, much to my chagrin. However, since we buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy, it seems worth it and it has come in useful.

Amazing

In addition to having dedicated lines when you need assistance. They even help replace my TV remote when my new puppy thought plastic was great new toy. I have not needed many repairs or replacements but when I have the service has been incredibly quick as solutions.

Absolutely worth buying

I've had issues with 2 products now and both times Best Buy has taken care of it quickly and effortlessly.
