Best peace of mind for anyone whos tech breaks often

When you are a solopreneur, you need these services at an affordable price. And Best Buy does a pretty good job.

I've found sales staff helpful and patient when I need it and counter staff seemingly anxious to help. I have total tech and find answers for all kinds of product issues. Don't know why the store in my town closed (wish I did), but the Middletown location is doable.

Very glad I made this purchase. The team at my local Best Buy (Northridge) are always very informative and helpful when it comes to me being indecisive and I never feel pressured to make a purchase from this store. Also, I'm very happy that I became a total tech member.

I have brought a lot of items from Best Buy. Some big items and dome everyday items. I brought a elect. Stove from them and got the protection plan. For me it will well wirth it. The stoves door went bad and they did not have a replacement for it so they gave me a certificate for the money I paid for it to buy another stove. By the way I had the stove for 2 years.

I bought a printer 2 yrs ago that i've not been able to use ever! I brought it back to my Best Buy Store 30 minutes from home. The Geek Squad were wonderful!! But i still can't get it to work. And i cannot reach the store by phone. Wonder why there is no way to call my store?!

They have taken away some of the wonderful services. Still great value in my opinion. My thinking is always, take away a service then reduce the price. Like taxes, pay more and get less, they way we have come to accept life

best coverage for equipment, headphones, televisions you name it. I have been buying from best but for ten plus years and this coverage had made it even easier the past two years ive had it. worth its weight in gold. oh and fantastic customer service every time.

I would never be without my Best Buy total tech protection!! It's the greatest!! You can call them 24/7. They are always so pleasant and very helpful. At Best Buy the geek squad can fix anything! You get so many perks by being a member. I tell people about it all the time. If you own any electronics at all, you should join NOW!!!!
