Love the extended warranty packages they offer and ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

In my case the Monthly Best Buy protection came as an added bonus with the Total Tech package. We’re moving in a new house and I bought several new TVs and a couple of Sonos sound systems. I was putting two of the TVs on wall mounts. Installation for everything came as part of the Total Tech package. Getting the extra 24 month Protection plan is added peace of mind. There is a flat fee replacement charge but if something goes out past manufacturers warranty period, it will be cheap to get a new unit.

I recommend this total tech plan. A technician is only a call away.

Love the Samsung Galaxy FE earbuds! Noise canceling with all the bells and whistles I needed. I sat and compared ALL of the earbuds to find the best. Overall it is the Samsung Galaxy FE earbuds! Has it's own charging station small enopugh to put in ur pocket. Good bass.

I definitely recommend to get this to anyone buying more than 1 appliance.

So me and my wife brought in an alienware aurora R13 gaming desktop. And we were having trouble with it and we got everything fix after bring it in twice. And the second time we brought it in we the pc somehow got damaged and u guys made everything alright.

Highly recommend getting the protection plan for every item you purchase. It always comes in handy when your item messes up. Very inexpensive.

I love my Roku soundbar. It's compact, lightweight, and great for traveling. I travel with this soundbar/Roku stick, allowing me all the channels I want to watch. It sounds so much better than the TV speakers, where ever I stay, allowing me to hear the voices while the sound effects don't have to be so loud.

Its ok for a protection plan. I have not had to utilize it yet
