This Ring Camera works great However the power adapter is not. Indoor/Outdoor USB-C Power Adapter for Spotlight Cam Pro and Stick Up Cam Pro - Black - US/NALA In 7 months, two power supplies have failed. The first lasted about two weeks, the second lasted 8 months. After the first power supply failed, it took me two phone calls and close to half hour of my time proving that the power supply was dead. While I was on the phone, Ring insisted that my 70 years of working with electronics was not sufficient, They had to diagnose the failure. While on the phone, plug camera into Ring power supply (camera is a USB C connection). No camera. Plug camera into my phone charger, camera works. Do this back and forth a few times before Ring would admit that the power supply had failed. I cannot recommend this product. The rest of my Ring cameras are good designs and running strong.

We rely on our devices and have peace of mind knowing that the Geek Squad can either resolve an issue by phone or in person by appointment. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Highly recommend on major purchases. Just gives piece of mind in case something happens.

I vary rarely rate protection plans but this one saved my xps butt. My board fried and the dell support replaced with the wrong processor, but the manager used the plan to get me a brand new laptop. Also the apple care rocks too that comes with it

The protection plan is so worth it. Especially when you break a product and they replace it for free, $0 down (depending on item) and they give you the same item brand new in the box!

Piece of mind knowing we are covered if the time comes that we have a problem with our laptop that we cannot correct ourselves. Making an appointment for service has always been easy to get and very reliable. Very satisfied with our annual plan.
