Great value and if you are a tech lover you definitely need this. Most companies don’t stand by their products but Best Buy will cover it with no hassle. And if they don’t have the same product they will find something similar. And no hassle that’s what I love.

Basically something goes wrong, its either a cheap rate to replace or free all-together if you paid for 2-5 years outright protection. Worst-case-scenario, they'd issue a store credit and i'm a happy camper, helped with numerous accessories and items like TVs. 2 year protection alittle less valuable, so stick with 4-5 years!

I bought totaltech just because I wanted something installed and thought would cancel next year but I’ve been renewing it for past 3 years as I buy everything under my membership and don’t have to buy separate protection plan. I bought the new iPhone and the screen has some issues the free protection under my TT covered it.

I take great care of my devices, but I've always gotten the plan just in case. Usually it just expires without me having to use it, but there was a couple of times that I damaged my devices and the process from start to finish to get it fixed or replaced was painless.

The membership through Best Buy is great for often shoppers not so much if your not gonna use a lot tho I didn’t even clear my 200$ back

Bestbuy’s protection is the best third party warranty you can buy. It may cost more than SquareTrade or Upsie, but the coverage is by a wide margin the best and easiest to work with. Bring your device to the store and they’ll either repair it or replace it. No more having to chase down multiple vendors to see who will fix it on island and then submit an expense report to a third party warranty provider.
