    best deal I've gotten in extended service. I had work done on a Surface Pro that would have cost more that the fee for the Protection Plan. I appreciate the service and skill of the Geek Squad and the one time fee for the plan. Win-Win

    I can’t even put words on paper how grateful I am to have this service. The one time i needed it, I used it. When I fid, it was easy, fast, and hassle free. I guest the best word to describe this is. Relieved.

    There are few times I have needed to have coverage as BB sells quality products. But when I do, they make my issue work out better than expected. Best of all, they don't charge extra for it anymore. Have had one item get exchanged with a newer, better, less expensive model and they paid me back the difference!!!

    Great value for the need. However, the CyperPower Desktop should have been covered under the manufacturing plan because the cooling fans that came with it did not do the job and I needed a more powerful fan to cool it.
