Best Buy stands by it's protection plans. I have been buying products from Best Buy for over 30 years. Occasionally something breaks down. Best Buy has replaced a couple items for me and also gone out of its way with great service on repairs. It's peace of mind as far as I'm concerned.

Great value for the need. However, the CyperPower Desktop should have been covered under the manufacturing plan because the cooling fans that came with it did not do the job and I needed a more powerful fan to cool it.

I always want the best protection plan that Best Buy offers.

I am part of the Total Tech membership. I am feel it’s a real worth.

Geek Squad installed new doorbell camera, 3 other motion detection cameras, Alexis monitor screen and wi-fi router. Our phones, TV and all other electronics were all operating BEFORE installer left for the day.

Soo helpful. Like that I can call or chat anytime. Cost is a bit high as I usually don't need much in the first year, unless something is new to me or defective. As time goes on and updates occur, or other programs/apps are loaded - problems pop up.

Originally, I believe this is called total tech. I had total tax for about six years and thought it was a really goodbye. It allowed me to bring in old electronics and protected my purchases. It also gave me the ability to have them come out and set up my large 77 inch LG TV. Now I found out that I would be charged to get that same service. Thus I’ve just recently dropped my total tech program. Just not worth the money anymore.

I was skeptical at first about getting total tech membership but so far it's saved me the cost of the annual membership and it's only been a few months so far. I ger exclusive deals and i just moved so i love with each purchase it is already covered for two years with the membership if it breaks.

Protection plans are very beneficial. Get them with your device purchases.

Being open-box, I am OK with no instructions or warranty paperwork. Hooked it up and plugged it in. System recognized it and bing-bang-boom, I'm playing a BR movie. Picture is great. Response time of the remote and OS is good. I can't compare it to the Sony that died because that was at least 6 months ago. I haven't messed with the settings yet - just playing it out-of-the-box.

I love my Best Buy Protection plan. They are VERY knowledgeable and are always able and ready to take care of everything! I never have a worry about anything anymore with this protection plan. Most things can be fixed over the phone and if they can't it's a speedy trip to your place to fix it! My favorite! I give it 5 stars!!
