Perfect protection plan. We got this included with our BestBuy Total membership and these plans alone pay for the membership. Worth every penny. The store customer service is great. Phone customer service is lacking.

Protection plan is worth having on products. 24 months is a reasonable amount of time for replacements or exchanges
