I always purchase protection for any large items I purchase from Best Buy. It has come in handy multiple times!

Why write a review about a protection plan? I get the protection plan for items I know can be more costly if I had to buy a new one. I really only feel that the reason to get a protection plan.

My kids have broken their ps5 remotes and tablets. Best buy Changes them out no problem. A tv started acting up they sent it out to get fixed, it was a fuse issue and they gave me a gift card for the value of the tv and i was able to get a new tv.

I work from home and wouldnt survive without the warranty program covering peripherals the way it does!

I have used the protection plan for about 5 years. It gives be a piece of mind with the extended warranty without having to buy. I just had the geek squad deliver and set up my tv for free. Certain items are also discounted.

I've taken my laptops in for service and have great results.

Worth the money to get this, we have had it on all of our laptops and have gotten good use of it! Our kids have damaged them from dropping liquid on them and getting a replacement took time about 2 weeks but were able to do it.

tHIS IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEDT PROTECTION PLANS. I WILL BUY IN THE FUTURE AT BEST BUY.

Initially questioned my purchasing this when I bought a laptop, but so glad I did. Had 2 hard drive failures that were covered, saving my getting a new one. Plus, very happy with the service and support Best Buy technicians provided.

As someone who worked at Best Buy back in the day, I may be a little biased.. but this offering is likely the best BBY has come out with. Buying Totaltech and getting the protection subscription is a GAME CHANGER. Yes, paying yearly isn't ideal, but subscriptions are becoming status quo for many software and hardware vendors. Best Buy has won me over with this plan, as it carries a lot of value and perks.

Got this to ny lil bros laptop, but comes in handy for all my tech purchases!

Can always feel comfortable knowing that my products have the Best Buy protection included so that if anything goes wrong I can submit for service or a replacement!

I recently bought a new laptop and decided to get the Best Buy Protection plan. I am so glad I did! The customer service was amazing, and they were able to replace my laptop quickly. I was really impressed by their responsiveness, willingness to help, and overall excellent service. Best Buy Protection is awesome guys!
