I am a single person and not high tech so this plan really gives me a peace of mind if I need assistance. Definitely a plus these days of changing technology.

I love my total membership with Best Buy! It was the best decision that I have done for my equipment!

It is a good investment. My meta stop working and they refunded me the total of my purchase.

I've been purchasing the Total Tech for the last 4-5 years. Very worth it since so many products break. Especially the merchandise made in China. Since you can't send it back to China.

This is an absolute! The Geek Squad is fantastic and I've never had a problem they couldn't fix. I always have questions and receive excellent answers from the Squad. I would be out a lot more money than this protection costs. I'm Old School, "Quill and Parchment"; the Geek Squad has always come to my rescue, regardless of theproblem.

Value for money. Have had this protection previously on my other devices and they were true to their word when it came to covering me and more so an affordable warranty

Can't beat Best Buy's 24 month coverage, literally the best!

This is a MUST. IF anything is wrong with the new 4K TV, then Best Buy will provide service. It included free delivery and set u[ and installation. The delivery was on time, but when the TV was unboxed, the screen was cracked. This WAS NOT Best Buy's fault. The Geek Squad took the TV back to the store and came back to my place with a NEW UNDAMAGED TV in 10 minutes.

This is one of the easiest cameras to set up that I have ever purchased. The video on this camera is very clear and you can control the sensitivity level through the app. I have had several Wi-Fi cameras, and this one is one of the best.

I haven’t use this for years , hopefully not needed. But I love having this for security.

I have been a subscriber to the Total protection package for several years and have been happy with the help provided. This applies both to in-person visits and phone assistance.

I had several computer issues that my Norton antivirus informed me about but wanted more subscription money to remedy. Geek Squad corrected the issues directly on my computer in a timely manner.
