Did think about canceling the service around a year ago, BUT am so glad I didn't. I've ended up getting a new laptop, 2 new dvd players, and I'm considering a new TV all of which I have wanted, or will want the protection on.

I signed up for the Best Buy Total service. The price seemed steep, but after a couple of full replacements of items I purchased, it is well worth the money.

I loved my membership to best buy! It was worth every penny! I saved so much on apple care + on all my apple items and extended 90 day return policy!

Worth every penny. With the amount of money I spend at best buy it's nice to have the peace of mind this program brings.

Overall, I love Best Buy protection plan. It isthe only protection plan for electronics that I know where as you pay a pacific amount yearly andall of your electronics gets a two year warranty automatically.

I get this free as a Total tech member, and I buy nearly all my tech at Best Buy so the free coverage more than pays for my membership.

Protection I hope to never need but glad I have! Always a good feeling to not have to worry about your item!

I rarely have problems with products purchased at BestBuy. In the event that i do, using the pretection plan is easy and has always resulted in a positive outcome for me.

I go into the Madison wisconsin Eastside locations and i don't have any complaints. My wife depends on her work equipment for her job and if they can't fix they will replace it so my wife can keep on helping the many people that rely on her in the education system. That's so much.

These crews know their product. They are capable and talented. However the short amount of time places a burden on these visits. The poor employee is rushing, rushing, rushing and sometimes works on multiple tasks while I am sitting there in distress. Argh....Please give these employees a break and make lesser appointments or schedule differently. Not pleasant! In contrast other Geek Squads dedicated themselves to making sure I got the information needed to use my equipment. Adopt that model!

Worth the security and when some brand has a not perfect lingterm product this insurance pays for its self in many cases. If i have to use it once or twice a year it paid itself. I once i had an xbox headset that needed to be turned in on returned for the insurance. They no longer had that iten in stock to replace so they gave me all the money i paid for the original item. It ended up being like a free item on lease in the longrun. I just applied the money to a new sale item. BestBuy knows how to keep me loyal for life. Yiu cant control some bad service employee one foot out the door (nobody can). But you sure know how to do great business. You give me the best warrenties that others cabt compete. With electronics you have to get insurance if its affordable. This is affordable if you shop bestbuy for your electronic needs.
