Total Tech worth every penny. Installed my TV no charge. Then they installed sound bar no charge. Then Ring doorbell no charge. Had computer issue, took to store for analysis no charge. Too good to be true for the subscription price

This program helps us replace any defective product. I am glad I did get this insurance because we did have to replace a few items and overall are working great.

I do miss the old warranties because they went out to 5 years and I cannot tell you how many times that saved me money I appreciate the new one is free and it's for 2 years but I wish I could get the old one back

Thanks to Totaltech support, I got the Applecare+ free for 2 years, but you must keep your subscriptions as a Totaltech support member active every year. It gives you the rest of mind so you don't spend arm and leg when needs be. Also, Totaltech support covers everything in your house regardless of where you bought it.

Since i got it its easywhen ever i a broken or malfunctioning electronic. They lookat it and tell whats wrong and it covers every electronic item i buy.

I was suspired that when we needed to have unit repaired there was not charge.

So glad to have a 24 month protection plan from dealer.!hope to add another when this one expires.

I hope to never have to use the protection, but since it is added automatically on most of the products I purchase as a My Best Buy Total Tech member, it gives me one less thing I have to think about.

This protection is well worth it. I used it to install a microwave, had the geek squad fix my new tv issues with hooking up, and purchase a new pc and received a discount.

I bought a TV and an AVR and It's nice to know that Best Buy will fix things if your item breaks. You used to have to pay for it and then you were gambling that your item was going break in two years, but now it's free with Total Tech Support so you don't feel like you wasted your money if your item didn't break.

I am super happy to know that my items that I purchased are protected.
