    I’ve not had to use this often, but when I have, I found responsiveness to be excellent. The Geek Squad is a very good value.

    What used to be Total Tech, now called My Best Buy Total, is worth every penny. Every purchase I make is protected, and it gives me peace of mind to know that if something goes wrong, Best Buy will be there.

    Geek Squad installed my ring doorbell and two additional cameras for my system. They set up my iPad and iPhone so I can monitor my equipment. They are very professional and helpful. Thank you geek squad.

    Best Buy Total Tech is absolutely an outstanding product and worth every penny, the amount of savings is insane, and the included protection plans are hard to beat, plus the additional perks.

    I love the Best Buy membership. I have saved over $700 this year on protection plans, discounted items, and computer repairs. If you use Best Buy semi regularly then this is a no brainer.
