I always buy everything i can at best buy for the extra 2 years warranty

I am really pleased to have bought the protection plan, I can use it for all the products purchased at Best Buy, really love it.

Monthly Best buy protection is great. Sometimes i really need to use it and others not so much.

Because I enjoys this product so much I decided to purchase the Twenty four month plan for the convenience of not having a monthly installment taken out of my account on a monthly basis. Which limits the number of monthly bills I pay per month for 24 months.

I have loved my Total Tech program, it has been worth every nickel. I am always screwing up my technology somehow. They have improved getting help by telephone.

Paid for protection, got ghosted. Their coverage is like a magician’s trick—now you see it, now you don’t… mostly don’t. Every issue I had was “not included,” unless I paid extra to fix what I already paid to protect. Customer service? Like trying to get tech support from a potato. Save your money, your sanity, and your soul. Just Google it and fix it yourself—you’ll get better results and fewer headaches.

This is a great phone system. This is my second purchase of this phone type in over 8 yesrs. Easy dialing, great optional voice-mail system set up, caller ID, and ring tones. I love the fsct that it includes a total of 3 phones which i use in different rooms in my home.

Still works great after 1 year$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
