Paid for protection, got ghosted. Their coverage is like a magician’s trick—now you see it, now you don’t… mostly don’t. Every issue I had was “not included,” unless I paid extra to fix what I already paid to protect. Customer service? Like trying to get tech support from a potato. Save your money, your sanity, and your soul. Just Google it and fix it yourself—you’ll get better results and fewer headaches.

I love ring products but these cámaras exceeded our expectations. Very clear images and when my baby is in her room I get to see every angle of the bedroom and get notifications of every little movement. Really love it

Best warranty if anything goes bad you are covered! Including water, drop, or cracked or whatever! Pretty much anything except lost or stolen!

The walkie talkies are great. We can used them in the neighbor and the park for good distance. When we get far away in the car-doesn't work so well. Works better in the open spaces without other interference. Great for helping to back up the 5th wheel what we got them for.

We love the Best Buy service contract. It gives us confidence that if something breaks, Best Buy takes care of it. When children are involved, this is great!
