This camera is perfect for areas where you didn't have an outlet available. Only have to charge it every few months.

This was extremely very good. We first purchased a TCL 55” TV. Within 4 months the picture framework broke. We were able to upgrade to a SONY TV. Without the Protection Plan we would have lost the money that we paid for the previous TV.

We have been Geek Squad members for a very long time and switched over to Total Tech Support when it became available. For all the technical support for our computers and TV set up, Geek Squad has been great and I have recommended them to so many of our friends and business colleagues. However, we were unaware that we couldn't use this for other appliances in our home unless we bought them from Best Buy. That was not clear when we purchased this years ago.

Best Buy protection is the best you can have for the family. I buy all my major appliances from Best Buy and when I do I buy with the peace of mind that I willl always be helped and good hands.

I’ve had Geek Squad Total protection for several years. I’ve used it a few times, and they are true to their word when it comes to repairs or replacements.

A life saver. Highly recommend, if possible to purchase. Never know when something will break and your finances are not where they shuld be for repairs.

The protection plan is an excellent choice. I do wish it didn’t cost as much but the cost is what it is. I haven’t had to use it as yet so I can’t say more about it.
