We haven't had to use this protection yet, but we feel confident that if we need to it will be there. Having been a customer of Best Buy since the mid-1990s, I have never had a problem with Best Buy backing their protection plans.

Best Buy stands behind why they sell. If there is an issue they promptly make an appointment for a service tech to come to your home within a reasonable time.
