Have used a few times and it has saved us a lot of money.

Printer works great EXCEPT for the fact that there are so many updates, and the last update made the refurbished EPSON ink cartridges obsolete (after they were already working fine in it). So be prepared to spend a fortune on brand new ink cartridges each time

If your are a total member, geek squad protection or applecare is added with purchase. I have had to use it a couple of times to replace products that went bad after the return period

I think Best Buy Protection plans are a must! It covers everything, I dont think I ever purchase anything without the protection plan. It always seems to come in handy in the last month or two when things start to break down!

This is a product all Best Buy consumers cannot live without.

Haven't had to use it yet but I hope it will be problem free if the need comes up, a little pricey but if it does what it's suppose to then I'm okay with it. I get 99% of my electronics at Best Buys so I need it.
