I am very impressed with how quickly the Geek Sqad @ 92nd & Sheridan provides immediate support and professional Apple support. Even when I do not have an appointment, they work hard to fit me into the schedule. The turnaround is very impressive.

Best Buy protection stands behind their protection plan, they will fixed and/or replace the item that is affected with no issues. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

I haven't used it once but have spent over 600 on it so hopefully one day it will be useful

I've purchased the Geek Squad protection for years. Haven't had to use it on most of my purchases but whenn I have had a problem they came out and fixed it. zno questions asked. I felt like I had made the bright decision with my purchase.

GSP is really nice! You can replace your item for the cost of GSP, which is if it os a 1/3 or less or the price, I'll take it! I usually get higher end product, so it is good to be able to replace these costly items I researched for and knows its value.
