    Things go wrong with devices, and I am not technical. I can always count on the technical support staff at Best buy. Its well worth it.

    Simply love it. I have not had to use it for warranty work, but, extra time on returns. Give me a chance to USE the items I have bought to really see if they are good. Allows me to write reviews on items I have time with.

    Great product. I go through about six a year with free replacement. Best Buy puts it on fir free and have broken on them twice. So I got an immediate new one free

    I purchased this option when Geek Squad tore down my computer and we reinstalled all my stuff. They helped me like five days straight to get everything installed.

    LITTLE SLOW IN GETTING SERVICE TO YOUR HOME ???? DONT RECONMEND CALLIN ONLINE SERVICE THAT ???? DONT KNOW WHO YOUR GOING TO GET ...HAD 1 PERSON TRY TO RIP ME OFF BUT I STOP HIM AND CALLED BEST BUY TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPEN SO THEY TOOK MY COMPUTER AND SEEN WHAT HAPPEN ...I DIDNT PRESS CHARGES BUT THEY FIRED THE GUY WHAT I WAS TOLD
