    Protection gives me a piece of mind. Even though i take care of my things, this protection gives me many options to exchange of refund if i encounter any problem.

    The monthly best buy protection program for total tech members is the best warranty i have ever had already used it 4 times and had no problems getting new replacements or even my money back there is no warranty out there like the total tech members warranty definitely become a member or pay for the warranty its worth it

    In all honesty could probably get cheaper on eBay or something but having Best Buy and The Geek Squad is worth of protection plans and paying more money in the long run just in case something happened and I've had to Geek Squad work on my computer and switch out some items they do everything you just give them your items

    In December I, being a senior and a disable vet, was scammed loosing $1,000. Then my computer was hacked. This protection and the GEEK Squad fixed my computer and eased my worries. I'm glad I had the protection plan. Thanks and Happy New Year 2024...

    By having totaltech, I receive a free warranty on everything I buy. If it’s within manufacture warranty, I haven’t had to pay a deductible. It’s been helpful on all my items
