    Having been very disappointed by some product and devices that are very complicated to set-up this Protection is the only way to be sure you will get accurate honest advice and help to get the best from your device.

    They changed my return date from January 31, 2026 to January 15, 2026 on the website but I printed the receipt and have the original paperwork. Someone was supposed to call back and send a return shipping label, That was 3 days ago. They have a bunch of dishonest people working for Best Buy and are very rude and do not want to help.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Will always recommend getting the Best Buy protection. Ease of mind with electronics is huge and the Best Buy team always stands behind it. They are awesome.
