Like the protection, my first oura ring was not connecting to new device and batter life was lagging. I went back they refunded me and I was able to purchase a new ring and decided to upgrade to a better color and more durable ring.

I've actually had no problems with it My washer went out All I had to do is pay a small service fee was like $85 couple weeks later after appointments they had order parts came out and fixed my washer if I wouldn't have had it I'd had to spend several hundred dollars or more to fix my washer some kind of crazy sensor but the gentleman it came was nice he showed me exactly what parts were bad and I got another 90 days extended on his labor in any ports that they put on so that helped out a lot too along with the warranty I still keep with Best buy

I would not buy a Notebook Computer for business use, inclusive of Travel, and not get the extended warranty. Best Buy Geek Squad is a great service, and can use anywhere in the U.S.

This is a great monitor for the price, it has amazing quality and refresh rate. This is the second monitor im ordering cause i needed to get a gift for my dad and what better than a monitor to go with his new desktop. Only thing id say i cant speak to is how it holds up over time cause i only had it for about 5 months now

I liked the peace of mind of knowing that Best Buy stands behind their products. My products worked great and there was no need to have anything fixed or exchanged.

Only thing I didnt like was I had other warranties for certain products and there was an issue with that when I signed up for this. I had a 5 year on an appliance and it went to a 2 year when I signed up for this. That warranty is long gone by now and Ive exchanged things and had things covered with no problems. I'd say 4.5 Stars just because of the initial start up problems I had when they went to this program.

I could not own a computer without this protection and I may add the GEEK SQUAD people are fantanstic with their prompt knowledge to assist in so many ways.
