Make sure to use the USB-C cable that supports video output, as not all USB-C cables do. Choose the Right Cable: After trying different programs to adjust the resolution without success, I realized that the USB-C cable included with the monitor was the solution. Switching to this cable fixed my resolution issues instantly. Update Drivers: Ensure your graphics card drivers are current, as this can resolve many resolution problems. I will say the protection plans works very well, it covers all my items. Had to replace the screw on my laptop, granted there was a deductible. But who cares about a deductible if it means I won’t have to buy a whole new pc and they fix it fast. I will say it’s still important you still read the t&c on the product you purchased just so your aware what is covered and how it works.
