It came in handy when i accidentally cracked my monitor screen. I simply took it into the store and they gave me a brand new replacement no questions asked. I was happily surprised.

If you own any kind of electronic device and you don't subscribe to Best Buy Total Protection, you will be spending a lot more money than the cost of yearly subscription.

I have not used this service yet, thankfully I haven't had a need for it. But i hope that when the time does come, that it's an easy experience and not a hassle. I only got it to have my tech protected since I have a lot and well we all know how easy technology is to malfunction. Just grateful I have it available if necessary.

I had my Canon mf644cdw for a month and I used it eight times. It worked flawlessly. The five and a half inch screen is a plus. This printer offers many options that I have never experienced before. So far this is the best printer that I have ever owned.

what can i say there is a reason I'm a total tech member and it's the saving-service-protection it provides me on all my purchases along with a 60-day return window that's unmatched by anyone else.

I highly recommend getting a protection plan on your electronics, every once in a while an item will come with a defect from the manufacturer.

This product is expensive but it’s worth it. There’s no manual switches that need to be turned on and off like other blu-ray players. After an initial setup, I was good to go. There is also additional tone mapping within the player itself. Just all around excellent.

I highly recommend getting Best Buy Protection, certainly keep tract of buys and the extra perks are amazing.

I was very pleased with the service but Best Buy through a wrench in the works now they want you to pay for a service call and I am a total Tech we should have been grandfathered in to the old ways so I felt a little on the screwed side

The printer works well. Considering ink usage from my other printer, I get a lot of use out of them. (Granted, not as much as prior generations.) It works easily from my apps and PC.
