This was a good buy. It has already payed for itself with help setting up my new comuter and display. I also was not charged for the installation of my dash cam as I had this protection plan.

Great monitor and perfect for Xbox series x. The monitor allows you to run 4K at 120fps which is amazing

When I purchased Total Tech, I didn't realize all of the benefits I would receive from it. Since I purchased Total Tech, I have purchased a laptop, tv, and an all in one computer. They are all covered under this. It is a great deal and I'm very happy that I purchased it.

If you asked me a month ago I would have given this a 5 star review. Maybe we got a faulty one. That does happen but we have had the item for less than 2 years and it won't even turn on. For $429. I would hope it would out last our the one we bought in 2012 that is still going strong at my moms house. We gave her our old one and treated my husband to a newer one as a treat. We had to send it off for $31 and wait to see if we get a credit to purchase a new one. It is still under warranty and we pay even though we have Total Tech. Still waiting to hear from the Support team. I don't know if I would reccomend this product or not. It was good while it worked but I don't know how often the M Series breaks down.

I mean come on it’s Best Buy protection. Would be a little better if I didn’t have to pay a deductible for fixing or replacing an item, kinda greedy for a company this size but hey it’s easier than sending it off somewhere.

It is always smart to buy the backup plan. This saves you from almost anything bad that can happen that is out of your control.

Really recommend the warranty, you can get a new device incase of anything on your current purchase. Also if a updated device comes out you can get a gift card and upgrade to the new.

Didn’t think much when I first changed over to total tech until I used it.. it paid twice over when I used it buying a new tv and sound system…and camera systems… still using it for protection on purchases I’ve made…

I waited to write this review because of concerns I had with the life of the battery in the Galaxy Ring. I was correct in my worries! I had the Ring for under a year when I started noticing the battery wouldn't last as long as it had in the past. When I first got the Ring the battery would last about 5 to 6 days. The ring started having battery issue about six months into using it. At that time I researched that the battery life would improve if it was paired with the Galaxy Watch. I had a watch already so I started using it again to see if it helped the ring's battery life, it did for about three months but the battery started to drain faster. I finally got tried of resetting the ring and other recommendations I found online and on the Samsung support site. I reached out to Samsung support and sent the ring in for repair. Unfortunately, the ring was out of warranty for less than a month and Samsung wanted to charge me $107.17 for the repair! To say I was P!$$ed was an understatement!

Get ready for your heart to race! I matched my new ONKYO receiver to Klipsch satellite, center and a wireless subwoofer and my goodness it sounds AMAZING! Super easy to set up and the on-screen instructions are very intuitive. Thanks Best Buy for the great deal A+++

GREAT OPTION, Would have been $250 for installation of our TV, and then another $50 for protection on our Mesh Network system that was included and a $70 price drop on the network for being a member. So in 1 week, it has already paid for itself

Personally, I think you’re crazy if you pass on adding coverage. Whether it’s lightning or a random thing knocking your TV off the wall or stand, you should expect the unexpected.

This coverage has already proved useful when our product had a manufacturers defect after the initial warranty.

so happy I got the protection plan. The umbrella of the plan encompasses all my purchases. I bought 2 tv's 70" and 55", laptop, headphones, air fryer. I was skeptical at first but then read what it provided and it was a no brainer. It also allowed my 2 tv's to be installed by best buy technicians.
