This yearly membership pays for itself every year. Small price to pay. I'm able to get any of my computers serviced for free. And to top it all I was able to get free installation on my stereo system, free of charge.

I would highly recommend this protection service when offered on all your purchases where applicable. It saves on the installation of new devices in your home, repair visits from the geek squad techs etc

This really came in handy when Mr laptop stopped working. They had the replace the motherboard

If you asked me a month ago I would have given this a 5 star review. Maybe we got a faulty one. That does happen but we have had the item for less than 2 years and it won't even turn on. For $429. I would hope it would out last our the one we bought in 2012 that is still going strong at my moms house. We gave her our old one and treated my husband to a newer one as a treat. We had to send it off for $31 and wait to see if we get a credit to purchase a new one. It is still under warranty and we pay even though we have Total Tech. Still waiting to hear from the Support team. I don't know if I would reccomend this product or not. It was good while it worked but I don't know how often the M Series breaks down.

Beautiful install team and highly reccomend them. Wall mounts of tvs and orbi system on all floors of home. 5 g and 5 bar signal. They did a fantastic job!

My grandson loves the Nintendo switch. It was an easy setup for the non- tech savy grandma to do for the 8yr old. He plays it everyday, very happy with it.
