Protection plan is always good to have. You never know what could happen and this makes it easier to make sure we have great working electronics to get the job done.

I sure hope my whole year of protection was not returned. Hope it was just canceled for the LCD screen I just returned and not the other items I bought.

I have had the total tech from best buy since the inception. I will only buy my appliances and computers from best buy for this reason. Never had an issue with them coming out for repairs or in store or returns.

Having teens and younger children, i recommend this. Even when being careful, accidents always seem to happen. You can relax a little when you have this plan. It covered an expensive gaming computer and monitor.

I am a Total Tech Member now. I called to ask for assistance with the gaming PC I purchased for my grandson for Christmas. I wanted to remove McAfee and install Trend Micro virus protection software. The process was easy and quick. Woo Hoo!

Really recommend the warranty, you can get a new device incase of anything on your current purchase. Also if a updated device comes out you can get a gift card and upgrade to the new.
