It automatically protects of most of my purchases automatically for an extended period at no additional cost. Peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong, Best Buy will work to resolve the issue. Pays for itself literally!

Loud high-pitch noise

It’s a deal breaker for me. Like it’s lowkey really high-pitched. I had it plugged in for an hour and my head is pounding. Crazy a non-speaker monitor to be so loud

I finally did and it paid itself with just two purchases. I highly recommend it and I will definitely renew it.

Not all Techs know what they are doing.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great if you have TotalTech. did have issues with a geeksquad installer not knowing how to set up speakers and telling my mother to buy a $2000 system that didnt need wires. we didnt and instead got a Dolby Master hard wired a 5.1 system with receiver over $1000 and no installer to help her. not sure why no installation services were offered after buying the second set. hopefully the tech will actually come back like he said or can pass to someone else.

Don’t Be Penny Wise and Pound Foolish

I had had what would have been thousands of dollars in home service calls if I had not had the Geek Squad Contract!!
