    Used it once and my daughter did as well. Was nice to know it is there if needed. Wish they had a emergency line though so could be asap. But understand the need or they would have to be open 24/7

    Nice to get 2 free years of protection free with purchase. We can always hope never have to use it but we have it which we always took out protection from you on all our products & have never had any replacement problems at all.

    Having the protection plan is a must have for piece of mind on purchases. We buy alot from bestbuy and having the protection is a must!

    I wouldn't leave with a device, TV, laptop, etc. without purchasing a 24mths protection plan. It has come in handy on a number of products I have purchased.
