Used it once and my daughter did as well. Was nice to know it is there if needed. Wish they had a emergency line though so could be asap. But understand the need or they would have to be open 24/7

Total Tech is the most I purchased a Samsung Frig and delivery service damaged it. Call Geek Squad to see what can be done (discount or replacement) and they replaced the frig at no extra cost. Plus, no cost to deliver it It’s well worth $199

Best deal ever. I have never been disappointed in the protection plan. It is one of the reasons I am a Total Tech Member.

This soundbar has great sound for the price but you need to adjust the settings to find it. Once it's dialed in you will be happy. Dialogue is clear and bass is pretty good despite how small the sub is. Needed stands for the surrounds but i already had some from my def tech leftovers. Atmos adds to the front stage but you won't hear it as often as you think. I think it dies add something to the sound however.

Best thing I bought from Best Buy so far I have so many devices with Best Buy that this comes in handy if case, I have any issues with computers iPads laptops, great purchase!!!!!!
