John was the tech who came and set up the system of arc and subwoofer. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us decide which other speakers were needed for surround sound.

This soundbar has great sound for the price but you need to adjust the settings to find it. Once it's dialed in you will be happy. Dialogue is clear and bass is pretty good despite how small the sub is. Needed stands for the surrounds but i already had some from my def tech leftovers. Atmos adds to the front stage but you won't hear it as often as you think. I think it dies add something to the sound however.

It is always recommended that insurance is added. Don't think about it and just add it. It is worth it. It covers everything and great customer service.
